Kida Kamp 2011: 9 Alive – Let the Fruit of the Spirit Thrive
Kids kamp is on again this year and we’re going down to the Coast (Yipppeeee!). From Tuesday 9th- Saturday 13th August, 2011 we will be hiding away at Jumuia Resort in Mombasa enjoying the sights and sounds of the seaside and learning more about the Fruit of the Spirit, and how to exercise them as young believers. Total cost for the camp is Kshs. 14,000. Sign-ups are ongoing, so you can book your child’s place now and start paying up slowly. Kids Kamp 2010: By Kids, For Kids
Kids camp this year was in Nakuru, and as always, it was an awesome time of fun and excitement. The aim of this year’s camp was to help the children know the gospel well enough to have it impact their lives, and know how to share it with others. The kids were taken through fundamental truths about heaven, sin, God, Christ, faith, commitment, and growing in Jesus through scripture games, worship, interviews, skits, lessons and crafts.
The kids also got to enjoy swimming, dancing, and outdoor games such as football, and basketball. To wrap up all the fun, we had a bonfire and talent show on the last night of camp, where the kids got to sing, dance, hoola hoop, tell jokes and model their best attempts at color clashing.
It goes without saying that we are looking forward to camp in 2011, and we hope you can join in on the fun if you missed out this year.

Every year, Quest takes the fun of learning God’s word beyond our Sunday school classes to the 
great outdoors when we go camping. Last year, we went to Mombasa where we learnt to P.U.S.H (Pray Until Something Happens), and this year, we’re going to the land of flamingoes – Nakuru. It will be a fun-filled 4 days with various activities such as swimming, Bible games, football, and lots more. Most importantly, we will also learn how to share our faith creatively and effectively with our friends. ALL children between ages 7 and 11 years are welcome.
Camp dates: 10th – 14th August, 2010
Venue: Greensteds School, Nakuru
